As we know the unseen influence of water is directly linked to our wellbeing, so too is photography as it also goes along way helping you to be better physically & mentally.
Photography is a fantastic mindfulness tool, as we look through lens its as nothing else in the world matters. We switch on the creative side of our minds which is a calming drug.
SOCIAL CONNECTION
Humans are a pack animal, it's proven that those who have social connections with others simply live a longer, healthier and live a more fulfilling life.
We get ideas and learn more in group settings, you'll see how others get an angle to compose an interesting shot and others may get inspired by the way you do the same. You may even strike up a conversation while on our activities 🙂

Our workshops are meant to be casual, and always in interesting locations to promote health and well-being. As we conduct various workshops for a number of Veteran External Support Organisations (ESO's), one thing that's a constant is that all are based in nature or the outdoors.
We encourage our pier group to get active and stay active therefor our workshops range from being on or in the water, walking, climbing mountains, boating, sailing, drone fishing, sunrise, sunsets, street scape and military themed museums (some activities are suitable for mobility impaired).
